So Bri decided to rearrange the attic and all of a sudden I heard an extremely loud noise from Belle's bedroom.  I rushed in to find Belle awake and this..............

All I could do is laugh :).  We found a great handy man to come and fix our "hole".

Happy 30th Birthday Luke!

Our wonderful college friends, Luke and Linda celebrated Luke's 30th birthday by renting a house at Lake Norman for a get together.  Who knew you could rent houses at Lake Norman? What a great idea.  Belle and their daughter Elsa loved catching up and we had such a blast seeing old friends.  Thanks guys for a great night and Luke for starting the 30's off right this year! (there is a whole group of us hitting the big 3-0 this year!)

It always seems like the dishwasher needs to be unloaded when we get home.  It is one of Belle's most favorite things to do.  She hands me all the silverware and always says "dank you".  Maybe this will be one of her chores when she gets older?

My little ballerina and boo boo

Well, it has been WAY too long for an update about Belle...I am going to go through some highlights over the last 2 months.  Belle has a air popper toy that plays musics as the balls pop.  I am sure most of you have seen this toy.  A must for toddlers.  Anyways, all of a sudden Belle has started to dance like a graceful ballerina to this music.  It is so adorable.  Good thing she is starting ballet lessons this fall :).  Belle also received her first boo boo in January.  She dropped a pot lid on her toe and gashed it wide open.  Mommy almost had a heart attack.  Now Belle can show you her boo boo 24/7 even though it has been healed for months.

Happy Birthday Davis!

First, let me start with this picture.....

This picture is from Christmas Eve...Bri's parents have always said that Davis looks a lot like Bri when he was little.  In this picture I def. think so! :)  Too adorable.

On New Year Eve we headed over to the Kigers' house to celebrate Davis' second birthday a little early!  I can't believe he is two already!! 

Belle loved playing with all three of her cousins, esp. upstairs on Thomas the Train with the help of her big cousin Johh Harrison.

We enjoyed a "happy meal" themed party this year...with happy meals and an adorable hamburger cake!

Belle didn't actually eat a happy meal, but Aunt Amy bought her some cute shoes for her to open up in her box :)

Little Gabe even enjoyed the party!  Thanks guys for a great time!

Since we were enjoying family time this past week I have decided to wait and update the blog later in the week!  I haven't been too regular lately about my Sunday night posts.  I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and we will be getting back into the real world at my house starting tomorrow!
