Belle had a great Christmas party with her little friends at Lennette's this year! She gave out all her little presents and was so fortunate to receive many Christmas books, socks and toys from all her little friends this year. She even made Daddy and Mommy a reindeer and an adorable "foot" snowman banner. Isn't it adorable?

Christmas Party...trip to Raleigh
I have hosted our annual Christmas party for our college friends and some additions over the years since Bri and I have been married. This year with the craziness of work, church, and my lovely daughter, it was just too much to plan one more party at my house. So, my bestie, Lauren took the torch this year and we had our get together in Raleigh. Unfortanetly, most of our friends were sick or had things going on the night of the party, so it was a small group. However, we had a great time catching up, enjoying great food and the McDonald's lovely house decorated so beautifully for Christmas.
Lauren and Matt bought Belle her first laptop and I must say my techonology savy 15 month already knew how to "play" computer. As many of you know, she dials you on the blackberry quite often. She has loved the laptop since we have been home! Thanks guys for a great time!!!

Got to love Belle's hootie PJ's!
Annual Ledbetter family get together
Every year around Christmas time we have Bri's family over for a dinner. I made crown pork roast this year and I must say I have an entire new appreciation for my mom's timing on such a meal! It turned out okay but realize I have many years of practice to get everything together and the meat done all at the same time! Thanks for bearing with me, Ledbetters! The cousins' had a great time catching up!

Little hat(s)
So as many of you know Belle has been anti-hat(s) for the last few months. However, as we pump her up about her wearing hats she has started to turn :). Maybe it is the cold weather and the lack of tons of hair!

Happy 15 month birthday!
Belle celebrated her 15 month birthday today. We didn't do anything special, but enjoyed a leisurely day at home to let Mommy catch up for the upcoming week. We did enjoy a yummy brunch with Grams and Umpa G where Belle enjoyed some pancakes. Later this evening had our second snow of the year!
Old Salem Candle tea
We took Belle to the candle tea again this year! This is an annual tradition for the Ledbetter family. Gigi and Pap were able to join us and we thought by going on a late Saturday afternoon we would be able to move fairly quickly through the line. We were wrong! We waiting almost 2 hours in line, but for the most part Belle was great. She enjoyed playing with her baby doll (thanks Gigi and Pap), eating some graham crackers, flirting with all the people in line and exploring Old Salem. I think she enjoyed the singing and especially the sugar cake! Two days of a sugar high, what is the matter with this mommy?! She was covered in the sugar from the sugar cake. We were able to make it almost to the very end. But, all in all our little girl did great! We had hoped to visit Santa on Saturday as well but that was a little ambitious! We didn't get out of the candle tea until 7:40pm, that is 40 minutes past Belle's bed time!
Here are pictures from Belle's first candle tea. Last year we enjoyed dinner first and then headed to Old Salem and she slept through the entire program in the bjorn :)
Visit from Kim!
After a long afternoon nap from cookie decorating Belle and I were able to hang out with my dear college friend Kim. She drove 2 hours just to hang out with us for the evening! We had a great time catching up and Belle loved showing Kim all her new big girl toys and milestones. Thanks so much for a great visit Kim!
