For some reason, pictures are showing up clearly!  I will work on this and reupdate a few posts :)

Meeting Baby Eva!

Belle and I headed up to Charlotte to meet our friends' newest addition, sweet little Eva!  We are so excited for them and catching up!  Mommies and toddles included! Can't wait for our annual family beach trip in July!

Growing Up

I know I post a milestone update about Belle periodically and lately she has really taken off with milestones!

She now, thankfully for Mommy and Daddy as all 4 canine teeth! Belle can sing quite a few children's songs, she loves to prayer at dinner time, can read or memorize :) some of her favorite books, loves to take a shower(who would have ever guessed?), can pick out all primary colors and shapes, knows most cartoon characters by name whether she has seen them on TV or not, can sing her ABCD(four letters not bad), can count to five and lastly is interested in potty training again!

Physically she is getting taller, esp. her legs and has a quasi-mullet, so yes hair!  She can throw a major temper tandrum as she is starting to become independent but can also be the sweetest little girl we could ever had asked for and is most of the time :)

We love this sweetie pie and can't believe 2 years is right around the corner!

Blueberries for Sal

One of Belle's favorite books is Blueberries for Sal :)  It is such a wonderful book and I highly recommend the classic if you do not already own it!  It is a story about a little girl going to pick blueberries which is one of Belle's most favorite foods :)  There is a blueberry farm right up the street from our house so it was a must since they just opened this weekend! She had such a blast and def. ate tons of blueberries right off the bushes!  The farmer told us we could taste test.  On another note, the road the blueberry farm is located on is where Bri's family first home was in Winston-Salem, how cool?!!!

Horrible storm and Happy Father's Day!

On the Saturday before father's day we had a HORRIBLE wind storm, our poor neighbors even had three trees down! We were fortunate just to have a whole bunch of branches.  My poor hubby spent all day Father's Day cleaning and burning all the limbs. Since he likes to have fires I don't thing he minded that part:)  Happy Father's Day to the best Daddy and Husband I could ever ask for :)

Peaches are yummy!

Belle has found a new love for peaches....so cute!

Just playing around the house!

Helping with laundry!

Mommy's big helper :)

Butterflies and Flowers

Two of Belles most favorite things!

Mowing with Daddy

Belle loves being outside and would prefer it to playing inside anyday.  We are so fortunate to live on a quiet street and have plenty of spaces for her to explore.  Belle has been wanting to "copying" actions of us lately, this being mowing the grass.  While we don't have her a mower yet, she chased Daddy back and forth the entire time he mowed the front yard, too cute!!!

Starting to get back to normal

Needless to say things have been quite hectic in our house with Bri's shoulder surgery, but he now and it sling off and is hard at work rehabbing his arm.  We are so fortunate it has healed so well and are ready to have him ALL better very soon!!
